Your Role at Neotech:


As the Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering, you will lead our solutions engineering team, focusing on developing strategic partnerships, particularly with T-Mobile for Business teams. Your role will encompass driving sales in managed regions, enhancing team performance, and directly contributing to our market share growth. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs.


Objectives:

Lead and expand the solutions engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Develop strategic plans to grow market share in partnership with T-Mobile for Business teams.

Enhance efficiency within the team through the development of systems and processes.

Ensure the team's readiness to provide comprehensive support, from proposal updates to Tier 1-3 customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Guide the solutions engineering team, setting strategic directions and goals. Manage and drive sales in targeted regions, directly contributing to market share growth.

Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with T-Mobile for Business teams, facilitating team calls, and driving joint sales efforts. Create written solutions decks tailored for T-Mobile teams and update solutions proposals for customers to reflect the most current offerings and technologies.

Relationship Building with T-Mobile Representatives: Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with T-Mobile representatives through constant communication and regular updates. This includes understanding their needs and challenges, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring that Neotech remains a preferred partner. This ongoing relationship building is critical for identifying new opportunities, receiving feedback, and ensuring alignment between Neotech and T-Mobile strategies.

This additional responsibility emphasizes the importance of proactive and continuous engagement with T-Mobile representatives, highlighting the role of relationship management in achieving business objectives and fostering a successful partnership.

Team Support and Development: Fill in for Solutions Engineers in regions as needed, ensuring uninterrupted support and service delivery. Provide Tier 1-3 customer support during instances when Solutions Engineers are unavailable.

Process Improvement: Create systems and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the solutions engineering team. This involves optimizing workflows, improving communication, and ensuring best practices are implemented and maintained.

Market Expansion: Focus on growing market share by enhancing the team's ability to collaborate effectively with T-Mobile teams, ensuring Neotech's solutions are front and center in strategic discussions and sales opportunities.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership in solutions engineering with a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in creating and delivering presentations and solution decks tailored to partner teams like T-Mobile for Business.

Proficient in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and SaaS models.

Education & Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
