Your Role:

As a Solutions Engineer at Neotech, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. You will have the unique opportunity to work directly with T-Mobile for business teams, co-selling and presenting our cutting-edge wireless connectivity, managed services, NOC, SOC, and SaaS solutions. Your role is crucial in bridging the gap between technical possibilities and practical implementations, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.


Objectives:

Deeply understand client needs and business processes to tailor solutions that drive value.

Partner with T-Mobile for business teams to present and co-sell Neotech's solutions.

Lead technical project aspects from conception through deployment, prioritizing quality and adherence to timelines.

Keep up with industry trends to ensure Neotech remains at the innovation forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Clients: Gather requirements through direct engagement with clients, providing consultative support to identify solution opportunities, especially tailored for T-Mobile for Business teams.

Solution Design and Architecture: Design and architect innovative and feasible solutions that meet the business and technical requirements of clients, focusing on wireless connectivity, managed services, UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service), CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), cloud solutions, NOC (Network Operations Center), SOC (Security Operations Center), and SaaS (Software as a Service).

Relationship Building with T-Mobile Representatives: Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with T-Mobile representatives through constant communication and regular updates. This includes understanding their needs and challenges, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring that Neotech remains a preferred partner. This ongoing relationship building is critical for identifying new opportunities, receiving feedback, and ensuring alignment between Neotech and T-Mobile strategies.

This additional responsibility emphasizes the importance of proactive and continuous engagement with T-Mobile representatives, highlighting the role of relationship management in achieving business objectives and fostering a successful partnership.

Product Presentation and Co-Selling: Present products and solutions to T-Mobile for Business teams, working closely with them to co-sell these solutions. This involves in-depth understanding and demonstration of how our solutions can seamlessly integrate with T-Mobile’s offerings to provide comprehensive business solutions.

Implementation Oversight: Collaborate closely with the development and implementation teams, ensuring that the solutions are executed according to the designed architecture and delivered with high quality, on time.

Demonstrations and Proposals: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations for clients, highlighting the capabilities and value of our solutions. Contribute technical expertise to proposals and bids, particularly focusing on solutions that leverage T-Mobile for Business.

Pre-Sales Support and Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance during the pre-sales process, assisting the sales team by offering insights and solutions that meet the client's needs. This includes a strong partnership with T-Mobile for Business teams to ensure a unified approach to client solutions.

Customer Support: Offer comprehensive customer support to end users on T-Mobile for Business opportunities, ensuring clients receive prompt and effective assistance for any issues or queries they might have regarding the solutions provided.

Collaboration with Product Management: Work in tandem with product management to inform them of market needs, feedback from T-Mobile for Business teams, and potential product enhancements to better serve our clients.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role, with a focus on telecommunications or related industries.
